There's a big mark on the running belt.
Please note that it is the connection area for the running belt, which all treadmills have. It will not affect the normal use of the treadmill.
The treadmill has a burning smell.
Please add lubricant under the running belt on both sides and idle for 5-10 minutes so that the lubricant can fully saturate the running board. Let it sit for a day before using it again.
Treadmill has a loud noise
Please make sure that the sound comes out only when you are running. If yes, the noise is the sound of the feet touching the running board, which is normal. If the treadmill still makes a lot of noise when no one is running, please do the following: 1. Add some oil under the belt and runs 15 mins without people running on it. 2. Open the motor cover to see if there is any foreign matter involved in the motor.
The treadmill's on/off switch is not working, either off or on, and is either on or off.
